Linjemontage is a modern company in the electrical power industry that performs contracting work in the area of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can range from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, deliveries of power lines to the replacement of system components such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include grid owners, industries, municipal and state authorities. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We have over 400 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.

Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone with good experience in project management within the technical areas of electrical power, electrical installation, and/or project management of infrastructure projects. You are technically inclined and have a strong interest in issues related to electrical infrastructure. As a project manager with us, you will have a central and crucial role where you are responsible for coordinating, directing, and planning projects from start to finish. You ensure that projects are carried out with high quality, within agreed timelines and budget.

We deliver transformer stations to partners such as Svenska kraftnät, Ellevio, Vattenfall, among others, both in the Swedish market and in our export markets, often with the support of Swedish export credit. Our assignments also include larger industrial customers.

Projects are normally carried out as total contracts, where we are responsible for the entire process – from construction to earthworks and building works, assembly, and commissioning up to the completed facility.

We work closely together in projects with our own resources within several functional areas, complemented by collaborations with carefully selected partners. As a project manager with us, you have great opportunities to influence the project's organization, working methods, and forms of collaboration. Being a successful project manager with us means that you are both a skilled project manager and a business-oriented person. You have the ability to balance technical and economic aspects while being good at building and nurturing relationships. You are responsible for project coordination, management, planning, purchasing, and reporting to the extent necessary to ensure the implementation of projects. You also have responsibility for the work environment and normally act as BAS-P in our projects.

Qualifications To fit this role as a project manager, you need to have relevant education in engineering, project management, or similar. We require that you have more than 5 years of documented experience in project management of construction contracts. Deep knowledge and understanding of ABT-06. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in Swedish and English. B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have: Work experience in a similar role specifically related to electrical power facilities. Experience with public procurement.
